The Work Breakdown Structure, (WBS), is the basis of the Project Plan. The WBS is used to generate the schedule, budget, and resource requirements for the entire project. It is also used to analyze resource use and resolve resource conflicts, and track actual progress against the plan. Establishing a detailed WBS is fundamental to a successful project! In this discussion, we will discuss the methodology for creating the WBS, which is required for this week's Course Project, and also features on the Quiz!
