I found a few terms to be difficult while reading the information in chapter one and two. The first term is research design. Research design is an outline of how the research will begin. A research design will collect all finding of data and how it will be used. The second term is statistical analysis. Statistical analysis is when data is collected, examined and a summary is made to show a relationship or trend
