As I think of Oliver Wendell Holmes, I think of his enduring influence on the Court's jurisprudence, and natural law. Among his many accomplishments as a member of the Court was to help eradicate judicial reasoning based on principles of natural law or natural right. Hence, his thought is of great importance to any study of the history of natural law
