Learning Journal Activity: Banquet Event Ordering

Now that you have your services checklist (from Unit 6), it is time to create the banquet event order (BEO) for all the food functions for your group. Based on the function rooms located at the property you represent, create the BEOs for your group.

Provide  specific details, such as times and location for each food function.
