Read and reply to someone else's post and discuss how you think the song reflects the values of that generation.  Make sure you actually listen to the song (i.e., watch the video), and indicate whether or not you were previously familiar with the song. Describe one challenge for you as a leader for dealing with groups of people that grew up exposed to different influences (not just music) and how you will try to overcome that difficulty.
