The chief has charged your team with deciding how, when, and where that money will be spent.

Create a detailed proposal and a presentation on your proposal, as well as an executive summary of your budget plan.

The proposal must be between 1,050 and 1,400 words.

The presentation must be approximately 10 minutes in length and include 10 to 12 slides.

Format your presentation consistent with APA guidelines.
