1. Create a table that shows the original budgeted cost in comparison to the actual budgeted cost (side by side). Include line items for labor, materials, contract, equipment, travel cost, and so on.
Compare the original budget to the final budget and explain any variances that occurred from your original budgeted cost in the project charter and the current project cost (include your original estimated cost for the project).
Explain your budget contingency plan and how much is budgeted for contingency.

Labor: The estimated cost was $11,000 but because the project was of 10 days and it got delayed by two days of unavoidable circumstances, we hired labor on contract for 2 more days on the similar pay. This resulted in 2 days of extra labor cost which is $2,200 and resulted into total of $13,200
