1.) The readings discuss the need for authentic leaders to be aware of their morals and/or values and to then act based on that understanding. This made me think of two questions. First, what are some of your morals and/or values? More importantly, how do you know this? NOTE: This has the potential to be a very long answer. I am only looking to scratch the surface here as I know that to fully answer this would require both great time and great thought. So, just begin to share your thinking on this.
2.) Craig suggested that a key aspect to developing as an authentic leader is to have a crucible moment that allows us to find out more about who we are through the crises or challenges in our life. What would you say is/was your crucible moment? How did this help you better understand who you are? (Please share as you are comfortable)

Reading the beginnings of the Dumbwaiter article reminded me of this bit of information. a friend of mine works in AI and predictive software and had told me, a few years ago, that India was outstripping the West in engineering/scientific skills, partly due to their incorporation of MIT/Harvard (and other ivy league schools) open curriculum into the existing education systems.
