If you haven't done so already, click the links below to download and install POM for Windows and Excel OM. These add-ons can often help you understand some of the quantitative methods used in operations management, but they are not a substitute for you to understand how to solve a particular problem.

It is always recommended, whenever possible, that you set up your own problems to facilitate the learning process. Our textbook provides some excellent examples and worked solutions to follow. Remember, your professor is always available to answer any questions.
