If you haven't done so already, click the links below to download and install extras to aid you with the course assignments. These add-ons can often help you understand some of the quantitative methods used in operations management, but they are not a substitute for understanding how to solve a particular problem.
It is always recommended that you, whenever possible, set up individual problems in order to facilitate the learning process. The textbook provides some excellent examples and worked solutions for you to follow. Remember, your professor is always available to answer any questions you might have.
